Centre Manager
We are recruiting for a Centre Manager to be responsible for all activities within the Centre, including provision of therapies, management of staff and volunteers, overseeing the maintenance of the building and equipment, and keeping the positive atmosphere and culture of support and self-help alive. They will also support the Business and Funding Manager in planning and developing new services.
Applicants will have demonstrable experience in the provision of support to clients, both fit and disabled. They will have strong inter-personal skills, experience and/or training in managing staff and volunteers, and good organisational skills. Knowledge of MS is useful but not essential, and full training is provided in the provision of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

Treasurer
We are also recruiting for a new Treasurer to join the management committee. The role of Treasurer is a voluntary position, supported on the ground by the Business and Funding Manager and other staff.
The Treasurer oversees the financial operation of the charity, sets financial policies and prepares budgets, ensures proper financial records are kept, produces monthly management accounts and annual financial statements, attends committee meetings, and liaises with the auditors. As a Director, the Treasurer is one of the key decision-makers within our organisation. An accountancy qualification and relevant experience is desirable.
A full handover with the outgoing Treasurer will be arranged. She will also be available during the first year to answer queries if needed.
The amount of time required is approximately 10 hours per month.
